Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Bettr application ("App") or accessing getbttrapp.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ZBGC LLC ("Bettr", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Bettr is a paper-trading prediction market application. All trading activity within the App uses virtual points only — no real money, no real wagers, and no monetary payouts of any kind are involved.

Bettr displays market data sourced from third-party prediction market platforms (including Kalshi) for informational and educational purposes. Bettr is not a licensed gambling operator, bookmaker, financial broker, or investment advisor.

Nothing in the App or on the Site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. The App is designed solely as an entertainment and self-improvement tool.

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Bettr. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You must not use the App if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe contain false information or have been used in violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen within the App or by contacting us through our support page.

Bettr offers an optional paid subscription ("Bettr Pro") that unlocks premium features within the App. Subscription fees are charged through Apple's App Store in accordance with Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.

Bettr Pro is offered as a digital service. You acknowledge that the virtual points and features provided are not a form of currency and have no real-world monetary value.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure; (c) transmit unsolicited communications, spam, or promotional material; (d) impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.

You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App in ways not intended by us, including to artificially inflate point balances or manipulate leaderboards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conditions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks within the App and on the Site are the property of ZBGC LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Market data displayed within the App is sourced from Kalshi and other third parties. Such data remains the property of its respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Market data displayed in the App may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete, and should not be relied upon for any real-money financial decisions.

Bettr is an entertainment product. We make no representation that using the App will improve any real-world outcome, including gambling behaviour.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZBGC LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The App and Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those parties' own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability) will do so.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below and, where the changes are material, notify you within the App.

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
